Appointments

- Walk-ins are always welcome and will try our best to accommodate, but we highly recommend making an appointment to make sure we can fit your specific time request especially if you are bringing a friend or two and prefer to sit together.

- Gratuities in cash are greatly appreciated.

- All appointment services $50 or more requires a major credit card on file. We accept Visa & Mastercard.

Cancellation

To make a cancellation you must call (510) 251-2111, please DO NOT email. We require 8 hours cancellation notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Late Birds

Please be courteous of others and arrive on time. In the event that you cannot, please call in advance. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment may be given to another client. Or your service may be shortened if your appointment has not been taken.

Gift Certificates

- Gift Certificates are available upon request for any services or dollar amount in person.

- Gift Certificates can not be refunded or redeemed for cash, and have no cash value.

- Natural Nails Plus is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates

Salon Etiquette

- Please respect all client's right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all salon areas.

- If children are present we kindly request that they maintain calm and quiet manners to ensure all clientele can equally enjoy our soothing environment.

Cell phone

In consideration of our clients, we ask that cell phones and electronic devices are on vibrate during your service.

Loss and damage

We regretfully can not be responsible for any loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings so please take extra caution to prevent any such occurance.
